Welcome to the Punch ... I think ... So I actually managed to get advanced screening of Welcome to the Punch tonight. Unfortunately, one of London 150ish Facebook my friends can come along with me to see the film first free, and above all, I must admit that I was very disappointed. But now I wonder if they know something I do! Eran Creevy, writer and director is the clear stage with a prologue that takes place in London shade, glass and steel Canary Wharf. She pulled us immediately. I saw her almost immediately invested so the main character (James McAvoy as Max Lewinsky, police detective cap that makes sense is to cheer for) and strength (a strong player Mark strict evil evil, Jacob Sternwood) ready to tell the story of new more about these two characters and motivations behind the flame than actions.Borrowing audio-visual Nolans Bat films, especially The Dark Knight, aa led to believe that a mouse style Action / crime caper cat in heat style waiting. In fact, I find myself wondering if this really could be thermally British after the first 10 minutes or so. Because of technically, the film looks and sounds great. And the story still feels exciting, and I want to know more. But with a serious lack of character development and exploration (involving) the return of their stories, the film saw a gun perforation border returned after 99 minutes of a lecture runtime.Sadly a missed opportunity cinema.Unless British, it was conceived as a film and a prequel style infernal / continue to fill all the gaps?
